We value creativity and storytelling skills more than just degrees. However, a bachelor's in media, communications, or marketing is preferred. You should have a solid understanding of social trends, Instagram reels, scripting, content strategy, and storytelling. A portfolio of previous creative posts, campaigns, or Reels is a big plus.
What tools should a Graphic Designer be proficient in?
We primarily use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Experience with Figma or Canva for quick mockups is appreciated. A strong design sense, understanding of social media aesthetics, brand consistency, and typography are crucial. Motion graphics skills are a bonus.
What is expected from a Social Media Marketing Manager?
The role demands strategic planning, daily content scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking, and client communication. You must be well-versed with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaigns, hashtags strategy, analytics, and basic paid ads. We prefer professionals who can drive results and build brand voice.

How long does the recruitment process take?
Typically, 4–7 working days. It involves initial CV shortlisting, followed by a task assignment (creative or strategic), and then an interview with our department head. For technical roles, a quick skill test may also be part of the process.

How important is social media knowledge?
Very important. Whether you're a designer or strategist, you must be aware of trending formats, platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts), post timing, engagement hacks, and what goes viral. Social-first thinking is the core of our work.
What file format do you accept for resumes and portfolios?
PDFs are preferred for resumes. For portfolios, you can share Google Drive links, Behance profiles, or personal websites. If your work is on Instagram, mention your handle with relevant tags/highlights.
Will I get feedback if not selected?
We try to give feedback wherever possible, especially for candidates who make it past the first stage. Due to volume, we might not always be able to, but we appreciate every applicant’s effort and encourage you to apply again after upskilling.
How flexible are the working hours?
We follow standard 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM timings with flexibility around deadlines and deliverables. For creative roles, work-from-home is negotiable. Our aim is productivity over micromanagement.
